Today the world finally agreed not to disagree that a bad agreement is better than no agreement, that a little hope is better than no hope.
Somethings will change but in fact everything stays the same (realpolitik).

Hoje o mundo finalmente concordou em não discordar que um mau acordo é melhor que um não acordo, que um pouco de esperança é melhor que nenhuma esperança.
